The Fit For Golf Online Training Program is a 12 week system broken down into 3 levels; Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Each level last 4 weeks, and consists of 3 different workouts. If we take Level 1 as an example, it will contain Level 1 Workout 1, Level 1 Workout 2, and Level 1 Workout 3. Workout 1, 2, and 3, are each to be done once per week for 4 weeks. Once this has been completed it will be time to move onto Level 2, where the same process will be repeated for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of Level 2 Workouts 1,2, & 3 it will be time for Level 3. The program was designed for people who want to work on their golf fitness but aren’t quite sure what exercises they should be doing, how to put these into a comprehensive plan, or are too great a distance to work with me in person.
The program has been developed around the “5 Pillars of Golf Strength and Conditioning” I wrote about in this article. The program is suitable for all fitness levels, and provides a blend of coordination, mobility, stability, speed/power, and strength. All these components of fitness are essential for a efficient and athletic golf swing.
Levels can be purchased individually or as a bundle. Unless you are at a relatively advanced level of physical training, it is advised you purchase the bundle, and it also works out at better value. Each level is a progression from the preceding one and follows the sample template, but with progressions in each of the exercises to ensure continued progress.
