You will get access to all of these programs and material when you sign up. It is all part of the same product, and none of it is available individually. Make sure that after you sign up you follow the prompts in the app which explain the exact layout and structure of each of the programs.

101 – Beginners

This is a great program for beginners to training or those who have not trained in a while. Phase 1 starts off nice and gently and is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels

Fundamentals

If you want a short and to the point workout that is easy to follow from home with minimal equipment this is for you

Off Season

Labeled “Off Season” as this program contains a bit more volume and time than many people may be willing to commit during the season

Winter Strength

This program is perfect for those willing to move heavy weights and gain strength and muscle mass. This is a “no frills” attached lifting program focusing on fundamental strength training exercises, with some more “golf specific” mobility and power training added.

Golf Strong

Would you like to pursue strength in movements you likely haven’t done before that have really good transfer to the golf swing? Then this program is for you.

Power Plan

The focus in this program is moving moderate weights as fast as possible to improve power. The goal is to find a sweet spot where there is enough weight that you are incentivised to give full effort, but not so heavy that the weight moves slowly.

In Season

Golfers often tend to fall into one of two camps during the season. They either stop training altogether and lose the physical improvements they made during the off season, or they don’t adjust their training from the off season and aren’t fully fresh for golf practice and play in the golf season. Learn how to train effectively in season.
