They either stop training altogether and lose the physical improvements they made during the off season, or they don’t adjust their training from the off season and aren’t fully fresh for golf practice and play in the golf season. The goal of this program is to allow golfers maintain or even improve physically while not picking up any fatigue or soreness.
This means power and energy levels stay high or even increase during the season, while staying very fresh.

To accomplish that, this program is low in lifting volume and time.
You get in, get out, and put the majority of your emphasis on your golf practice and play.
