Program Overview

Mass Prep is a short, 2-week program designed to get you ready for the full Mass Program. This helps you get more from the 12-week Mass Program and reduces the chance of extreme early soreness or injury from jumping straight into the very challenging Mass Program.

The workouts use the exact same exercises as the main Mass Program, but with less sets.

This will allow you to get comfortable with each exercise, and find appropriate starting weights for the beginning of the program.
