Lead Arm & Swing Speed

Swing speed largely comes down to how much average force we apply to the grip of the club in the direction of the hand path during the downswing.

Muscles of lead side shoulder & lat play a big role in this.

I think this might be a really good way to strengthen those muscles, at a length and joint angle similar to how they work in the swing.

This was really tough for the shoulder muscles. Felt great.

I’m going to use this exercise a lot more, and see what happens šŸš€
