Hip Adductor Strength

One of my friends is having a little bit of a hip issue.

I gave him 4 hip strengthening exercises to try, just to see if they helped a little bit.

This was one of them.

It’s a basic version of the “Copenhagen / Adductor Plank”.

A nice one to fill in a potential weak spot.
